Personality and traits: Patient and kind and always seems to have a helpful word of encouragement. If he had a temper he rarely showed it. Seemingly aloof in his interactions with everyone, in reality Isaac purposely kept his personal life private knowing that his position could bring danger or inadvertently seem to show favoritism to anyone that is close to him. Behind his calm facade his mind held back the terrors of past and future trials that The Organization would face. He had a reputation of fairness and equity among the Outriders giving the growing division between the factions within The Organization a chance to mend and overcome differences. Decisive and intelligent with the ability to rally and persuade others, Isaac was a natural leader.
Background: Not much is known about his life prior to being in The Organization. He went through his Outrider training with Amon and Sam. Isaac rose quickly from being an Outrider to an overseer, and upon the death of the previous chief overseer Isaac became the next and latest chief overseer. Imparted with special gifts as the chief overseer, he was not responsible for the impartation of gifts to all new Outriders that were recruited under his leadership. He was the chief overseer while Ari’s parents were Outriders. The death of both her parents made Isaac feel responsible for Ari’s well-being even to this day. Isaac has always loved God and like Ari has had a personal relationship with Jesus beyond prayer.
The breakup of the organization into the two opposing factions made governing the organization difficult. Isaac made one last decision to try to reunite the two groups and force the way of the Old Guard over The Tempest. Shortly after that decision Isaac went missing, causing a brief struggle for the power and seat of the chief overseer which eventually went to Amon.
